Is it the new trend?

So... the new mobile revolution? Web 3.0? More and more people seem to realize that the web is moving in that direction.

Here is an article from sugarattack talking about how mobile browsing is the "web 3.0" that is to come. IPhones and very few other mobile devices can currently make use of this, but in a year or two we will all own some form of mobile bworsing device. Here's the link

Boyan, This is your American friend from Malta, Bryan. How's life, my friend? I found your resume and then this blog on google. Google, "Bryan Neilon" and see what you get. Do you have AIM, ICQ or something?

The best,

Mible devices as Web 3.0? I think not. The long established trends wre pulling mobile web devices in two opposite directions. People want screens bigger and devices smaller.

Logistically you can't have both. Have you ever tried to read anything on a iPhone? It's useful for some things like instant messaging, google maps, even youtube, but the small screen will never be able to make full use of the internet. You can't read longer e-mails, artilces, or pages designed for resolutions larger than 1024x768.

In the end (if you could remotely call it that) I think we'll continue developing the web as we have and web for mobile devices will continue to remain on the sidelines, in the shadow of the Web proper.

That's just my humble opinion, anyway.
